Step 2 — Choose Your Heat Setting
Off — Compression only. Best during intense attacks when heat feels like too much, or if you simply prefer no warmth.
Low — 45°C / 113°F Best for first-time use, sensitive skin, or recovery after a migraine has passed.
Medium — 50°C / 122°C The most used setting. Warm enough to relax deeper muscle tension without discomfort.
High — 55°C / 131°F For heavy, tight pressure headaches. Not recommended during peak migraine sensitivity or for first-time use.
